Can i get the exact measurements for an item?

Yes! You can always contact us and request the measurments for an item. We will measure it and send the measurments to you as soon as possible.

How long does it take to get my order?

Your order depends on where you are delivering to, but usually takes 1-2 business days within Sweden and 3-4 business days abroad

How do i apply my discount code?

The discount code is applied automatically. However you can always apply the discount code at the checkout as well.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship within Sweden and EU countries.

How fast do you ship orders?

Orders are processed the same day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

How long does delivery take?

  • Sweden: 1–2 business days
  • EU: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

How much does shipping cost?

  • Shipping starts from 49 SEK
  • Shipping is calculated at checkout
  • Free shipping on orders over 299 SEK
  • EU shipping prices differ and are shown at checkout

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We ship with PostNord and Bring.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Tracking is provided for some shipments. If available, it will be sent to you by email after dispatch.

Are VAT and customs fees included?

Yes. VAT is included at checkout, and there are no customs duties for EU customers.

What if my delivery is delayed?

Delays are handled case-by-case. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

What condition must items be in to be returned?

  • Items must be unused
  • Original tags must remain attached
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received

Which items cannot be returned?

  • Items priced under 50 SEK

How do I start a return?

Email us at Renzae.official@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (required for faulty or incorrect items)

Do not return items without contacting us first.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • The customer pays return shipping
  • If the item is confirmed as faulty, return shipping costs will be refunded after inspection

Refunds

How are refunds issued?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Are original shipping costs refunded?

Original shipping costs are refunded only if the item is faulty.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

No, we do not charge a restocking fee.
