At Renzae AB (Org. nr: 559559-1792), we aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably. Below you’ll find our shipping terms.


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Sweden

  • EU countries


2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed the same day after payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day


3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Sweden: 1–2 business days

  • EU: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • Sweden: from 49 SEK

  • EU shipping rates differ and are shown at checkout

  • Free shipping on orders over 299 SEK


5. Shipping Carriers

We ship using:

  • PostNord

  • Bring

Carrier selection depends on destination and package size.


6. Tracking

  • Tracking numbers are provided for some shipments

  • If tracking is available, it will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched


7. VAT & Customs

  • VAT is included in the prices shown at checkout

  • No additional customs duties or fees apply for EU customers


8. Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur.
Shipping delays are handled on a case-by-case basis and do not automatically qualify for refunds.


9. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping will be done at the customer’s expense


10. Uncollected Packages

  • If a package is not collected and returned to us, a return handling fee will be deducted from the refund

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
